Grub problem

also wenn ich mein rechner starte kommt das:

ich habe versucht Fedora Core 4 zu installieren. kann mir jemand helfen. was muss ich machen. ich will unbedingt wieder windows installieren doch ich kann die cd nicht booten, ja und das hier nicht. bitte helft mir.
