    • Probleme mit externer Festplatte

      Hallo,
      seit vorgestern spinnt meine Externe Festplatte irgendwie, wenn ich sie angeschlossen habe, und durch verschiedene Ordner schaue, schliesst sich der Ordner immer.

      Hoffe das Thema ist hier richtig.

    • S.M.A.R.T.-Werte der Festplatte auswerten

      Mit CrystalDiskInfo kann man die S.M.A.R.T.-Werte auslesen.

      Downloade bitte die portable Version von CrystalDiskInfo (Standard-Edition) unter:

      crystalmark.info/download/index-e.html

      Das heruntergeladene ZIP-Archiv öffnen. Dann auf dem Desktop einen neuen Ordner "CrystalDiskInfo" anlegen, die Dateien aus dem ZIP-Archiv in diesen Ordner kopieren.

      Dann aus dem Ordner heraus "DiskInfo.exe" starten.

      Das Programm ermittelt automatisch die Werte. Starte im Programm unter dem Menü Bearbeiten die Funktion "Kopieren".

      Kopiere diese Werte dann über Strg-V hier in den Thread hinein.

    • Lass uns mal den Rechner mit FRST untersuchen. Evtl. ist da Schadsoftware.

      Bitte downloade dazu FRST. Abhängig vom installierten Betriebssystem die 32 (FRST.EXE) oder 64 Bit Variante (FRST64.EXE) verwenden.

      Programm starten, zusätzlich Addition.txt und Shortcut.txt anklicken. Dann den Button "Untersuchen".

      Danach werden 3 Logdateien angezeigt in einem Editorfenster (FRST.Txt, Addition.Txt, Shortcut.Txt). Diese Logs hier posten. Anhand dieser Logs können wir erkennen, ob Spuren von Infektionen zu sehen sind.
    • Da ist etwas Adware installiert. Nicht verantwortlich für die Probleme. Solltest du deinstallieren:


      - chip 1-click download service

      Bei Chip niemals den "sicheren Downloader" nehmen, der schaufelt Werbemüll auf die Platte!


      Kannst du dann mal das Dateisystem prüfen lassen?


      Dazu im Explorer über "Dieser PC" das Laufwerk E markieren, rechte Maustaste, Eigenschaften, Reiter Tools, Prüfen, Laufwerk prüfen/scannen.


      Werden dabei Fehler gefunden?
    • Sofort, wenn der Fehler aufgetreten ist, das hier einmal durchführen:
      Gibt der Rechner irgendwelche Töne von sich, wenn sich das Explorerfenster schließt?
      Könnte ein defekt des USB-Kabels oder der USB Buchse oder bei der Spannungsversorgung sein...
      Ist aber auch erst mal nur ins blaue hinein geraten.

      • Eingabeaufforderung als Administrator starten.
      • Dort folgendes eingeben: chkdsk E: /f /r (E: dürfte deine externe Festplatte sein).
      • Enter Taste drücken.
      • Festplattentest durchführen lassen.
      • Rechner neu starten.
      • Nochmals SMART Daten der externen Platte posten.
